In this role, you will manage property and contents claims, focusing on complex cases that require a nuanced understanding of legal processes and construction terminology. Your expertise will help navigate the challenges of total loss and major loss situations, where properties are severely damaged or destroyed.

About the Job:

  1. Evaluate claims with substantial damage, requiring detailed investigations and analyses.
  2. Collaborate with policyholders, legal teams, contractors, and adjusters to gather necessary information.
  3. Review and interpret scopes of work, ensuring a thorough understanding of building components.
  4. Utilise systems such as ENData, Claims Centre, and Genesis to manage claims effectively.

About You:

  • Significant experience in managing major loss claims.
  • Solid understanding of the claims process and relevant legislation.
  • Confidence in navigating complex situations and providing guidance on scopes of work.
  • Familiarity with claims management systems is preferred.
