Disability Support Professionals for Complex Care

We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to join our team as Disability Support Workers at Cocoon Group Services.

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our participants, empowering them to achieve their full potential and live independently.
Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality services that prioritize participant-centered care, dignity, and respect. We are seeking experienced staff who share our commitment to excellence and are eager to contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities- To provide individualized support to participants with high complex behavior, medical, and physical needs.
- To work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- To maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in the disability sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with participants, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including overnight rotations, and be available for on-call duties.
- Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Orientation, COVID Infection Control, NDIS Workers Screening, Working with Children Check, and National Police Check.
- An Open Driver's Licence (mandatory).
