About the Role
">Casual Disability Support Workers will be responsible for providing high-quality support to participants in Supported Independent Living (SIL) or Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) settings. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
">As a Disability Support Worker at Cocoon SDA Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of participants, each with their unique needs and goals. You will work closely with our dedicated team to create tailored support plans, promoting independence, personal growth, and empowerment.

Requirements
">- Minimum 2 years industry experience in disability support, mental health, or related field
- Experience working with participants with complex needs and high medical requirements
- Clear and effective communication skills, with ability to establish professional relationships
- Flexibility to work over 7-day roster, including nights and weekends
- Current First Aid, CPR, NDIS Orientation, COVID Infection Control, and Working with Children Check certifications
