We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our team at Multicap, a leader in disability support and mental health services. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the creative arts and education sector while making a positive impact on the lives of people with disabilities.

As a student placement/volunteer, you will work closely with our experienced team to deliver high-quality programs and services that promote independence, social inclusion, and personal growth. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in areas such as textile design, ceramics, painting, theatre, and public art.

The Centre of Creative Arts (COCA) is a flagship program of Multicap's creative education initiative, offering 8 modules across the Visual and Performing Arts. Our team is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities to express themselves through art, and we are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Key responsibilities will include assisting with COCA sessions, participating in program development, and contributing to the overall success of the program. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with artists, educators, and other professionals in the field to create innovative and engaging experiences for participants.

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

We offer a competitive salary of $30,000 per annum, paid bi-weekly, as well as opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our organization.
