Role Objective

A Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong connections with clients, which include Remote Workers and international enterprises. This role is crucial in ensuring a low turnover rate by serving as a liaison between client company representatives and Remote Workers. The specialist manages a minimum of 25 accounts, addressing conflicts, facilitating communication, and identifying additional staffing requirements on a daily basis.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to clients, including administrative assistance for GES tracker
  • Facilitate client onboarding processes
  • Resolve conflicts effectively
  • Conduct periodic consultations, gather feedback, and perform analysis
  • Manage retention strategies for Remote Workers
  • Identify opportunities for additional staffing and make proposals
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in interacting with global clients
  • Preferred background in account management, relationship management, and business development
