Work Environment: Hybrid office/work-from-home setting

As a Client Support Consultant at Perpetual, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our clients and advisers within the Perpetual Client Solutions call centre. Your role will involve providing clients with precise and timely account details, comprehensive product knowledge, and relevant legislative information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a current understanding of all products, performance metrics, procedures, and business guidelines.
  • Deliver accurate and timely account information to clients/advisers while adhering to service standards.
  • Educate clients/advisers on the latest products and services available.
  • Document call notes in the appropriate systems.
  • Generate and dispatch statements and reports to clients/advisers upon request.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to team leaders as necessary.
  • Ensure correct entry of all Activity and Break Codes.
  • Comply with key controls and regulations.
  • Provide no advisory services to clients.
  • Stay informed about policies and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as required.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in call centre or customer service roles.
  • Strong skills in customer service and relationship management.
  • Thorough understanding of the financial services sector, including unit trusts, superannuation, and pensions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • RG146 compliance is preferred.
  • Proficient in computer applications and the MS Office suite.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
