Anton Murray Consulting is a prominent player in the financial services sector, seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to enhance our operational capabilities.
This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with internal clients and executing essential operational functions throughout the transaction lifecycle, including billing, payments, data management, reporting, and addressing client inquiries while ensuring compliance with internal and external obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients and service providers.
- Provide tailored support to Relationship Managers to cultivate and sustain connections with institutional prospects, investment consultants, and current clients.
- Assist the Relationship Manager and Client Service Manager in addressing the needs of custody and trustee clients, serving as the primary contact for operational and administrative inquiries.
- Proactively resolve client issues and inquiries to deliver exceptional customer service, particularly for high-demand clients, by understanding their unique drivers.
- Comprehend transaction documentation to ensure client servicing and compliance with obligations.
- Monitor client adherence to transaction document obligations.
- Maintain electronic client files and ensure relevant information is accurately recorded in the operating system.
- Update the operating system to reflect all pertinent client interactions and ensure incidents are logged in the compliance management system promptly.
- Participate in industry seminars and provide colleagues with insights from these events.
- Assist in organizing client and service provider meetings, including calendar coordination and updating the CRM with key meeting notes.
- Support financial operations, including billing and following up on overdue invoices.
- Facilitate client onboarding in accordance with internal protocols.
- Take responsibility for specific reporting and fixed client service tasks on a monthly basis.
- Ensure day-to-day administrative processes are executed efficiently and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all clients managed by the team to provide backup support as needed.
- Uphold high standards of quality and compliance by understanding policies, procedures, and client administration.
- Review, negotiate, and authorize documentation related to assets and asset-related requests.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles within the finance sector, preferably in the trustee industry.
- Knowledge of Trusts and Managed Funds.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Capability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in understanding and negotiating legal and contractual documents when necessary.
- Aptitude for managing multiple priorities under pressure while meeting both short- and long-term deadlines.
- Outstanding customer service skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comprehensive understanding of the trustee/custodian role and the financial services landscape.
