Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team.

The role involves collaborating with clients and project teams to achieve project objectives, mentoring and coaching commercial team members, developing and implementing procurement strategies, leading cost management, managing contract progress claims, and preparing financial reports.

To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 10 years' experience in a main contractor environment, with proven expertise in contract management, financial administration, and project-based contracts for major building developments. You should also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and be self-motivated and resilient.

  • Collaborate with the client and project team to achieve project outcomes
  • Mentor and coach Commercial Team members
  • Develop and implement the project procurement strategy and processes
  • Lead project Cost Management, including Head & Subcontract Variation management
  • Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claims
  • Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract levels
  • Prepare and present Monthly Financial reports
