Contract Management Specialist Job

We are seeking a skilled contract management specialist to support our infrastructure projects on the NSW Central Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen and experience in contract management to make a meaningful contribution to project success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders to negotiate subcontracts, manage contracts end to end, including notices, risk management, variations, claims and commercial strategy. They will have a practical, solutions-focused mindset and be able to manage complexity.

The role involves drafting and managing contract notices, interpreting contracts, identifying key triggers and preparing timely, accurate and compliant correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate subcontract agreements and manage the head contract and subcontracts end to end.
  • Manage contract notices, risk management, variations, claims and commercial strategy.
  • Draft and manage contract correspondence, ensuring it is timely, accurate and compliant.
