Job Title: Project Contract Specialist

Job Description

This role supports Project Managers on one or more major projects, overseeing the procurement and administration of subcontractors, contracts, reporting, and financial control. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will administer head contracts, subcontracts, variations, progress claims, and RFIs. They will also assist with budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting, attending client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administering and managing contracts and agreements.
  • Coordinating and assisting with project budgets and financial planning.
  • Attending meetings and communicating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports for project tracking.
Requirements
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in contract administration, preferably in a construction or industrial setting.
  • Experience working on new-build commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
