Job Title: Project Contract Specialist

Drive the successful execution of large-scale renewable energy projects by leading the contract management process from end-to-end.

  • Manage and administer project contracts, including EPC, BoP, D&C, O&M, LTSA, and other relevant agreements.
  • Develop and implement contract negotiation, execution workflows, compliance tracking, and variation/claim management strategies.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain accurate records of contract deliverables, obligations, milestones, and performance guarantees.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure robust contract governance and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Provide commercial support to project managers, overseeing project performance metrics and delivering regular contract reporting to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in contract management for large-scale power infrastructure or renewable energy projects, with a proven ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the contract management process across large-scale renewable energy projects, focusing on delivery stage and procurement oversight.

  • Administer project contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Develop and execute contract negotiation strategies to drive value creation.
  • Track contract deliverables, obligations, milestones, and performance guarantees, monitoring project progress and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract governance and stakeholder engagement.
  • Deliver commercial support to project managers, overseeing project performance metrics and providing regular contract reporting.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7–10 years of experience in contract management for large-scale power infrastructure or renewable energy projects.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex contracts.
  • Strong working knowledge of construction law and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and stakeholders effectively.
