Job Function: Software & Cloud Services

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to drive our M365 projects.

The Role:

  • Design and deploy technical solutions for customers leveraging the M365 platform.
  • Map customer business requirements to technical solutions.
  • Assist in pre-sales activities and customer qualification of M365 projects.
  • Provide input and consultation into scoping and architecture phase of Future Workplace projects.
  • Create and implement system designs based on in-depth knowledge of M365 technologies and associated workloads and services.
  • Develop detailed technical designs and execute against project plans as well as scope of works.
  • Keep pace with rapid changes in IT industry, particularly in cloud and mobility.
  • Work with project managers to ensure timescales are met on deliverables.
  • Identify risks and issues and manage these with the project team.
  • Interact with customer IT teams to deliver the project.

What We Need To See From You:

  • Australian Work Rights.
  • Considerable experience with Systems Integrator or service provider or within a large organization implementing complex M365 solutions.
  • Several years of customer interaction in a consultant, technical delivery, or technical leadership role.
  • Expertise in many areas of Microsoft 365 suite.
  • Undertaken several Office 365 migrations including On premise to cloud and Cloud to Cloud e.g. Google, 365 > 365.
  • Expert knowledge in Business Productivity (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive), Microsoft Identities (AAD, ADFS, B2B, B2C, Local AD) and M365 Security suite (MCAS, Defender, AIP, AAD, Conditional Access).
