Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their queries and concerns, and providing support to ensure their overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist residents with a range of enquiries related to their accommodation, studies, and general needs.
  • Monitor and report concerns and/or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed.
  • Coordinate and execute administrative duties, including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
  • National Police Check (completed within the last 3 months).
  • Working with Vulnerable People's Check.
