About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a day-to-day relationship with our government and corporate clients, providing excellent administration services and ensuring quality assurance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of the customer's business to anticipate their needs and generate additional revenue
  • Ensure team/site productivity, customer, and employee engagement targets are achieved through operational management and effective leadership of a team
  • Perform daily operational/administration tasks as necessary, ensuring quality assurance standards are met
  • Ensure service excellence through quality assurance and assisting with business process reviews
  • Assist with monthly customer reports, including supplier invoicing and cost centre allocation

About You

As a Senior Customer Service Coordinator, you will possess excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills, as well as a strong customer service mindset. You will be able to work in a corporate environment and have a great attitude and the enthusiasm to learn new skills.
