Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple communication channels.

You will be required to build and maintain positive relationships with customers, while providing timely and effective solutions to their queries.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and luxury experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers.
  • Respond efficiently to social media interactions in line with company protocols.
  • Address and escalate complaints as needed, providing timely feedback to management.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and policies through workshops, training, and briefings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in an automotive OEM or sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in handling phone calls, email case management, and live chat case handling.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office abilities and proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Genesys phone systems.
