We are growing rapidly, and seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Customer Communications team.

Our Sydney office is on Kent Street - a short walk from Wynyard station and close to great cafes in Barangaroo.

**About the team**

Our cross-functional teams include Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers focused on delivering solutions and solving problems rather than simply completing tickets. The structure is flat, and the process is lean, with a culture of MVP, iteration, and "build, measure, learn" at the heart of everything we do.

**What you'll do**

Play a crucial role in leveraging Braze's capabilities, particularly adept in utilising Liquid templating language to craft personalised campaigns, and providing technical expertise to enhance our marketing automation efforts.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that meet business needs and deliver value to customers.

Monitor system performance and reliability, and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction.

**Relevant Skills**

Marketing automation specialist in Braze or Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Hands-on experience with Braze's platform, showcasing proficiency in CDI canvas push and SMS functionalities

Deep understanding of SQL and familiarity with data analytics tools such as BigQuery are essential for robust campaign analysis and deriving actionable insights.

Familiarity with RESTful API design principles and implementation is a plus
