Requirements
  • Experience in luxury customer service/hospitality industry or related field

  • Customer service orientation with demonstrated relationship building skills for all cultural backgrounds
  • Strong time management experience and ability to work a 7-day week roster
  • Understanding of responsible service principles and codes of conduct
  • Able to obtain necessary licenses and certifications
