Job Title: Senior Client Advisor

Job Overview

As a seasoned Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through strategic selling and product expertise.

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by executing the Tiffany Touch and upholding the highest standards of customer service.
  • Assist customers in making informed merchandise selections using consultative selling skills and adherence to TCO training modules and standards.
  • Cultivate customers through personalized interactions and implement practices to achieve high client repeat rates.
  • Manage customer issues and complaints while embodying luxury standards in presentation and behavior.
  • Collaborate with store teams to support initiatives and efforts, ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of all.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to achieve their sales plans and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
  • Previous expert selling experience and demonstrable problem-solving ability.
  • Strong customer service ethics and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in a luxury retail environment and senior sales experience are preferred.
