We are seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized experiences for our clients, utilizing your knowledge of skin and skincare.
Key responsibilities
- Surpass client expectations by creating unique experiences using our proprietary treatment rituals.
- Proactively recruit and retain clients through various events and marketing initiatives.
- Offer tailored consultations and treatments to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in beauty therapy, with a focus on skin and facial massage.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- The ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as required.
