
Recruitment Strategist

This role is a pivotal part of our internal recruiting team, supporting the planning and execution of our annual talent acquisition strategy to drive growth across the region.
The mission is centered around having the right talent on the right work at the right time, focusing on internal mobility and attracting external talent to maintain a healthy pipeline.
The Opportunity
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level roles from attraction through to placement, using tools and processes that improve efficiency, create more opportunities for our people, and attract top talent to the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting for entry-level and junior roles within the organization.
- Assist the TA team with talent sourcing as requested.
- Assist the TA team with applicant screening as requested.
- Assist the TA team with preparing job advertisements as requested.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure resource needs are met and internal processes are followed.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and enhance the attractiveness of our company as an employer.
- Ensure candidate notes are captured and the full lifecycle of an open role is managed through the ATS.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines on the ATS.
