We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across all staff levels, including lawyers, support staff, and graduates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with Practice Group Leaders and Office Partners-in-Charge to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle for lawyer and support staff roles, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Leading Graduate, Summer Clerk, and Paralegal recruitment programs across multiple offices.
  • Creating and posting job advertisements, including on LinkedIn Recruiter, to promote the organization's employer brand.
  • Maintaining relationships with preferred recruitment agencies and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Developing recruitment materials and strategies to enhance the organization's reputation as an attractive employer.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to the HR Assistant.
  • Supporting broader HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will bring a minimum of four years' recruitment experience, preferably with exposure to legal or professional services environments.
