People and Culture Strategist Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a People and Culture Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic workforce initiatives that align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Workforce Development: Develop and implement strategies for staff engagement and development that align with our purpose and cultural behaviours.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and foster a positive work environment that supports our values and purpose.
  • Recruitment and HR Support: Play a facilitative role in recruitment, advising staff and leadership on HR matters.
  • Critical HR Matters: Be on call to work with our leaders to address critical HR matters as they arise.
