Job Summary

Hiring Strategist Role

Talent Acquisition Specialists play a pivotal role in guiding hiring managers through the requisition approval process, assisting with job descriptions, building recruiting strategies, and negotiating the offer process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the Talent Acquisition team with a high attention to detail.
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings.
  • Makes recommendations and notifies applicants of consideration or declination.
  • Collaborates with management to communicate Human Resources employment policies and procedures.

This role requires strong project management skills, adaptability, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently and maintain a positive attitude.

Requirements:
  • Ability to manage projects independently with limited supervision.
  • Advanced knowledge of applicable work area.
  • Professional presence suitable for interaction in meetings, email, or other forms of communication.
  • Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening.
