We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Coordinator.

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in the planning and execution of our annual talent acquisition strategy, working closely with our hiring managers to source and attract top talent from across the industry.

As a member of our internal recruiting team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies, including managing job postings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

They will also have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices, as well as the ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for entry-level roles
  • Assist the TA team with talent sourcing and applicant screening
  • Prepare job advertisements and collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
  • Ensure that candidate notes are captured and the full life cycle of an open role is managed through our ATS
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines on our ATS

Additionally, you will:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted plans
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency
