The role of Project Support Officer - Knowledge and Information involves providing project support services to build, develop, and document organisational knowledge for a national process and procedure framework. This includes collaborating with team members and stakeholders to create and maintain content, identifying areas for process improvement, and developing best practice knowledge sharing behaviours.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, review, and update of national process and procedure guidelines and Wiki content.
  • Collaborate across departments to improve documentation and standardisation of national processes.
  • Review Wiki content proactively and reactively to ensure style guidelines are met.
  • Capture, analyse, and report on data metrics to identify process issues and training needs.
  • Develop and execute training programs in the use of knowledge management systems and tools.
  • Identify new ways to optimise team performance, efficiency, and compliance through knowledge sharing.

Selection Criteria

This role requires strong administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment. A high degree of curiosity and ability to contribute to the strategic direction of Court Operations is also essential.
