Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the commercial team, ensuring the achievement of program objectives and departmental needs.
- Coordinate meetings and workshops, including agenda preparation and catering organisation.
- Assist in drafting documents, letters, and reports with high accuracy.
- Maintain and manage commercial data, correspondence registers, and the commercial inbox.
- Support the development and upkeep of commercial processes and policies.
- Facilitate efficient communication and workflow across the commercial team.
- Contribute to the preparation and organisation of team activities and documentation.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in high-level office administration, preferably in a commercial or project environment.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent time management and organisational abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Motivated and driven to support positive business outcomes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative systems.
