Business Process Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Coordinator to support our team in Adelaide, Australia. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing business processes, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports process management and compliance by analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements.
  • Provides assistance to colleagues with routine issues or concerns, including relocation services and support with HR processes.
  • Coordinates facilities operations and administration, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining accurate records.
  • Performs recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax, or other business objectives through collecting, processing, and distributing cost or financial data.
  • Participates in documenting business processes and procedures to safeguard people, property, information, and the environment while demonstrating understanding of policies and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous business support/project management experience essential.
  • Previous experience in supply chain management/logistics/procurement highly desirable.
  • Australian citizenship required to meet defence security requirements.
