Job Title: National Learning & Development Coordinator

As a key player in our organization's growth and development, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our National Learning & Development Team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have responsibility for coordinating and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our business. This will involve working closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify skills gaps and develop targeted training initiatives. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and for providing administrative support to the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • E nsure the consistency, standardisation, and quality of all training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business to deliver integrated training solutions.
  • Provide administrative support to the team including collation and reporting of competency data using various data management systems.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications including:
  • A strong understanding of accredited training packages and the Australian Quality Framework (AQF) for accredited training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • A proven track record of coordinating and delivering training programs that achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
