Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead service delivery for a key client, synchronizing with their objectives and goals.

A dedicated leader is required to spearhead our team in delivering premium service to one of our major clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of fostering strong relationships, driving projects forward, and ensuring seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve service delivery
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in service delivery or project management
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and driving projects forward
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese (highly preferred)
