Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a seasoned service delivery manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering continuous improvement and enabling industrialization and innovation to clients through the application of best practices and methods.
  • Fostering a culture of compliance by adhering to engagement procedures and policies, including change control, security, auditing, release, configuration, problem, and incident management.
  • Leading and prioritizing team workload, ensuring mechanisms are in place to plan, maintain, and track dynamic views of work priorities and team availability.
  • Ensuring services are delivered within contractual obligations.
  • Executing weekly, monthly, and other operational meetings with clients, managing resourcing/hiring, internal training, skill enhancement, cross-training, and communications with support teams as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Techno-functional service delivery managers with Java/.Net/AWS/Integration experience are highly sought after. We are looking for professionals who can manage and assure the qualities of delivery to clients by ensuring process implementation, compliance, incident management, and Continuous Service Improvement.

Ideal candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, mitigate, and monitor risks and issues in delivery. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.

Professionals should be able to mentor delivery teams on ITIL methodology and drive consistent processes. Additionally, they should be able to participate in transition activities as needed to ensure that service is not impacted while transitioning any service.
