Job Overview

We seek a results-driven senior leader to oversee our clients delivery operations.

This role will sit within the senior leadership team and be accountable for driving successful program and project delivery for end clients, while enhancing our internal delivery capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership of Delivery Operations: Head up the program delivery and PMO, accountable for end-to-end delivery of all client programs and projects.
  • Client & Commercial Focus: Act as a client-facing leader, accountable for commercial outcomes and relationship management.
  • Change & Transformation: Partner with C-Suite leaders to embed strategic changes across the enterprise.
About You:
  • Proven track record of delivering complex programs/projects at scale in financial services, superannuation, or related industries.
  • Experience managing large delivery teams, with direct leadership of project managers and business analysts.
  • Strong client-facing, commercial, and stakeholder engagement experience.
Skillset:
  • Strategic leader with ability to balance delivery execution with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborative and culturally adaptable - comfortable working within a flat organisation structure.
  • Strong change management skills, able to drive cultural alignment.
