Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics D365 and data-centric initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise program management, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage global teams effectively.

Main Responsibilities Our team needs a Delivery Manager who can oversee delivery of Dynamics D365 programs and data-driven solutions across multiple workstreams. This includes managing cross-functional teams globally, ensuring alignment and timely execution. Additionally, our Delivery Manager must build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for program updates and strategic discussions. Furthermore, they will collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure solution integrity and business alignment. They will drive program governance, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies while ensuring high-quality delivery through agile or hybrid methodologies. Finally, they must facilitate effective communication across stakeholders, teams, and leadership.

Required Skills To be successful in this role, our Delivery Manager must possess a strong understanding of data platforms, integration, and analytics. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. Additionally, they should have demonstrated ability to manage distributed teams and experience in client-facing roles.
