We are passionate professionals providing quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction, infrastructure, mining and energy sectors.

We are looking for an Associate or Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. Key responsibilities include managing client relationships, assisting with business development, proposal writing, mentoring junior engineers and providing Construction Phase support.

This position can be based in Townsville, Rockhampton or Mackay.

Key Requirements:

  • A Civil Engineering or Geology Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in a geotechnical consultancy
  • At least 2 years' experience in Australia
  • Demonstrable experience in the preparation and review of written technical reports and client communications
  • Proven experience in geotechnical design within rock and soil
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers in the team
  • Experience with Construction Phase Support and Temporary works
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A full Australian drivers license
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
