Geotechnical Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage client relationships, assist with business development and proposal writing, mentor junior engineers, and provide construction phase support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geotechnical design, including experience with temporary works and construction phase support. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues alike.

  • A Civil Engineering or Geology Degree
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience, preferably in a geotechnical consultancy
  • At least 2 years' experience in Australia
  • Demonstrable experience in the preparation and review of written technical reports and client communications
  • Proven experience in geotechnical design within rock and soil
  • Ability to mentor junior engineers in the team
  • Experience with Construction Phase Support and Temporary works
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A full Australian drivers license
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills, both verbal and written
