Job Opportunity: Lead Water Infrastructure Specialist

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-impact water infrastructure projects from conception to completion, with involvement in the project initiation phase, detailed design development, procurement management, and construction phase support.
  • Apply advanced water infrastructure planning and design skills to drive meaningful local and national projects forward.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with various clients across multiple sectors, fostering trust and driving business growth.
  • Mentor junior professionals, contributing to the growth of our engineering talent pipeline.

Requirements and Expectations:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration as a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) / Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng).
  • Significant experience in water and/or wastewater projects within consulting and design environments.
  • A strong interest in career progression and long-term growth within a dynamic organization.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively at both internal and external levels, developing new client relationships and maintaining existing networks within the business.
  • A passion for guiding and mentoring junior engineers and designers.
