Senior Geotechnical Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to join our team and contribute to the delivery of geotechnical services across diverse infrastructure, renewable, and development projects.
This role will be based in our newly opened office and offers the opportunity to work hybrid, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
You will be part of a team delivering site investigations, testing, foundation design, earthworks, and risk assessments, requiring strong technical expertise and clear communication with clients and project teams.
About This Role- A bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Chartered or Professional Engineer status (or eligibility) is highly desirable
- Approximately 5-10 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience, ideally in consulting, infrastructure, or construction projects
You will have demonstrated expertise in ground investigation, geotechnical analysis, and design of foundations, earthworks, and retaining structures. Experience in soft-soil investigation and design for conditions familiar to South-East Queensland is highly desirable.
Strong report writing, communication, and presentation skills are essential. Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and teams is also required.
