Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity that will provide you with the chance to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and well-being.
- Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees.
- Lead and coordinate various HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, employee recognition events, and training sessions.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
