Job Description:

This role involves providing expert advice on employee relations matters to support the delivery of strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research and analysis on employee relations issues, developing policies and procedures related to these matters, and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on employee relations issues and trends
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications in industrial relations, law, human resources or a related field, as well as membership and/or certification with the Australian Human Resources Institute/Queensland Industrial Relations Society.

The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data is also essential for this role.
