We are seeking a talented Employee Lifecycle Coordinator

This is a full-time position reporting to the People and Development Manager.

The role will be an integral part of the People Connect team, providing generalist support to employees.

You will work closely with the People and Development Consultants and Manager to support employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, secondments, offboarding etc.

You will also be responsible for delivering timely advice in response to a wide variety of enquiries regarding leave, time recording, practising certificates, policies, procedures and employment awards.

A professional with skills and experience in administration, Excel and reporting are highly desirable.

Responsibilities will include:

Managing Employee Lifecycle Administration

- Managing end-to-end employee life cycle administration
- Collaborating with the People Connect team to support employee queries logged through our phone line and inbox
- Maintaining employee data and information in our HRIS, Workday
- Assisting P&D Managers/Consultants with basic reporting (basic data analysis, pivot tables, V-Lookups, data audits)
- Coordinating new starter orientation programs
- Coordinating national and local Health and Wellbeing programs
- Maintaining practising certificates for legal practitioners
- Assisting with cyclical projects such as Performance and Remuneration reviews and Talent Reviews
- Maintaining HR procedure documents in accordance with new processes and legislation

Key Skills and Experience

- Degree or TAFE qualified in Human Resources or alike
- Experience in a Human Resource Co-ordinator or Administrator
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills
- Experience using an HRIS such as Workday
- Proven abilities in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience working within the legal profession or professional services industry
