Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our organization in Brisbane, Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources administration with a proven track record of implementing efficient processes and providing exceptional employee relations support.

The Role:

  • Provide essential human resources support to approximately 225 employees across four locations in Queensland and New South Wales.
  • Contribute to the implementation of new human resources systems and processes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment efforts.
  • Handle human resources documentation including employment agreements, amendments, job descriptions, and more.
  • Coordinate human resources processes such as remuneration reviews, succession planning, and performance evaluations.
  • Engage in human resources process activities like inductions, 30-60-90-day surveys, and exit interviews.
  • Offer employee relations support as needed.
