Job Title: Ecommerce Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven ecommerce director to lead the development and execution of our comprehensive ecommerce strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. They will possess strong expertise in Shopify or similar platforms and have a deep understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO), search engine optimisation (SEO), email marketing, and paid performance marketing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and growing the full ecommerce strategy across multiple platforms, including managing the website, user experience, and conversion rates. They will also lead and collaborate on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance.

A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced and product-obsessed teams is essential for this role. A passion for motorsports is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing the comprehensive ecommerce strategy
  • Managing the website, user experience, and conversion rates
  • Leading and collaborating on digital marketing, email campaigns, and social media performance
  • Overseeing merchandising, promotions, pricing strategies, and product drops
  • Analysing data, reporting on performance, and tweaking for speed and scale

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a proven track record of scaling DTC brands
  • Strong expertise in Shopify or similar platforms
  • Deep understanding of CRO, SEO, email, and paid performance marketing
  • Natural leadership skills, with experience leading fast-paced and product-obsessed teams
