Job Description

We're seeking an exceptional Growth and Strategy Leader to spearhead our agency's expansion. As a key player, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales and marketing initiatives, and developing strategic plans to propel our business forward.

Your primary focus will be on scaling our eCommerce offerings, managing inbound and outbound pipelines, and executing sales strategies aligned with our agency goals. You will also oversee our paid ad strategy, lead generation for our main services, and collaborate with our creative team to develop high-converting landing pages.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will ensure that our sales funnels and onboarding processes are optimized, manage tools such as Pipedrive, ClickFunnels, and ManyChat, and oversee website updates and optimization with external developers.

You will also lead our social media strategy, write captions, schedule content, and maintain an 8 posts/month cadence on Instagram and LinkedIn. Furthermore, you will hunt down the best eComm/marketing events, plan our participation for maximum visibility and networking, and represent our agency on stage and confidently speak at events and panels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven eCommerce or agency experience (must-have)
  • Deep knowledge of paid media (Meta & Google), Klaviyo EDM, client profitability models
  • A quick thinker who brings energy and positivity to the team
  • Confident communicator. Comfortable leading sales calls & strategy sessions
  • Skilled with systems: Pipedrive, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, Zapier
  • Social media savvy with hands-on content experience
  • Numbers-driven, organised, KPI-focused
