Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Scaling Director to spearhead the growth of our client brand portfolio. This is an extraordinary opportunity for a strategic operator who can drive exponential growth, build high-performing teams, and deliver elite performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute scalable growth roadmaps across all brands, leveraging paid media, offers, retention, creative, and CRO strategies.
• Lead and coach Account Management teams to achieve strategic outcomes, rather than merely managing tasks.
• Build systems, SOPs, and internal tooling to support efficient brand management and scalability.
• Review performance weekly, identify issues, and deploy targeted interventions to drive results.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of scaling multiple DTC/eCommerce brands across ads, creative, CRO, and retention.
• Strong leadership experience in guiding Account Managers or brand operators towards true ownership and high-output performance.
• Excellent pattern recognition and real business acumen at the brand level.
• Deep passion for impact, client results, and the human behind the business.
• High EQ, with expertise in coaching, leading, and bringing people along.
