The key focus of this role will be to:
- Provide high level customer service support and administration support to both internal/ external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Utilize our various applications to set up customers into our system and liaise with them regarding their order specifications
- Manage cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers
- Communicate promptly with suppliers and customers regarding order status when required.
- Ensure customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
- Develop strong ongoing relationships with customers
A manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment background would be highly regarded.
For this role, we would like you to have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service and admin environment
- Experience in using CRM systems is required
- Experience using SAP databases and Microsoft Dynamics would be highly regarded
- An advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
- Strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (includes phone and email communication)
- The ability to prioritize important activities and problem solve
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Confident in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues
