Learning and Development Specialist

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to coordinate, tailor and deliver training programs in person and remotely in accordance with our Training Needs Analysis to develop competency within Payroll Service Delivery Teams.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can understand internal customer and stakeholder needs and effectively engage with others to achieve learning outcomes.
Experience in face-to-face or online teaching/learning using digital systems would be an advantage.
A background in payroll processing, or the ability to rapidly acquire this knowledge, will be highly regarded.
This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals.
