">Project Coordinator Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, analyzing requirements, and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

Utilize your organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently, maintain documentation, and ensure timely completion of projects.

Participate in workshops and meetings to collaborate with the technical team and align business needs with system capabilities.

  • Coordinate project timelines, identify risks early, and escalate with context.
  • Support resourcing, project communications, budget tracking, procurement, and vendor management.
  • Elicit and document business requirements through interviews and workshops; map processes and analyze data to surface opportunities and inform decisions.
  • Craft functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria; guide delivery and support testing and UAT from defect triage to final validation.

Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination or PMO support within a corporate or technology environment.
  • Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile and/or Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with MS Project, JIRA, Excel, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience supporting testing or UAT coordination.
  • Relevant certifications (CBAP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation).
