Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented project coordination specialist to support the efficient management of large-scale projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in IT project coordination, excellent written and oral communication skills, and proficiency with SAP Financial and technology tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support program managers in managing program activities.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation for reporting and evaluation purposes.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure seamless information exchange.
  • Collect and report on project progress and emerging issues.
  • Coordinate workforce activities to support project delivery.
  • Conduct research and analysis, preparing project briefs.
  • Support product owners in achieving project goals through analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in IT project coordination.
  • Proven track record of creating financial reports.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with SAP Financial and technology tools.
  • Previous experience with Agile methodology and using Jira & Confluence.
