Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordination Specialist to support our business development efforts across various sectors.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, review and respond to project opportunities across relevant sectors
  • Coordinate inputs from technical teams to develop clear, accurate and persuasive project proposals
  • Manage the end-to-end proposal development process, ensuring on-time delivery and client alignment
  • Translate complex information into compelling, client-focused content
  • Review submissions to ensure accuracy, clarity and professionalism
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and partners
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project processes and tools

About You:

  • Experience in project coordination, proposal writing or tender development
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal writing or tender development
  • Background in infrastructure, engineering or construction highly regarded
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, able to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels
  • Knowledge of project processes, compliance frameworks and industry standards
  • Australian work rights are required for this position
