**Project Coordination Specialist**

The Project Coordination Specialist will play a pivotal role in the delivery of construction projects efficiently. They will work closely with project managers to ensure allocated projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting daily, weekly, and long-term project programs to achieve required project outputs.
  • Monitoring and reviewing costs, invoices, and claims for allocated projects.
  • Contributing to constructability reviews during design development.
  • Evaluating and awarding subcontract procurement packages.
  • Ensuring quality and quantities of incoming equipment and materials align with drawings and specifications.
  • Tracking progress and project performance using document and record management systems.
  • Managing workforce performance and liaising with external parties and statutory authorities.
