Job Description:

This is a key role supporting the Chief Operating Officer of a large organization. The position involves high-level communication and relationship management, extensive calendar management, drafting correspondence and responding to queries on behalf of the COO.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to the COO, including diary management, email management and travel arrangements
  • Draft correspondence and reports as required
  • Assist with event planning and management
  • Coordinate and prioritize documents for the COO
  • Manage expense reconciliation and procurement processes
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business strategies
  • Support the delivery of small to medium projects
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need advanced skills with MS Office, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong prioritization skills. You will also need to be highly experienced and dedicated, innovative with your approach, and able to work in a changing and dynamic environment.
